Shipping & Returns

All orders are dispatched from our atelier within 24 hours on business days. Delivery estimates begin from the moment your order ships.

• U.S. Standard: 3–6 business days — free on orders $79 and above, otherwise a flat $6.99.
• U.S. Express: 1–2 business days — $15.00.
• International: delivery times vary by destination — shipping is calculated at checkout.

Your privacy is paramount. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with a neutral sender name, and your card statement shows a discreet billing descriptor. No one will know what is inside — except you.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Where possible these are calculated at checkout; otherwise they are the responsibility of the recipient and collected by the carrier upon delivery.

We want you to adore your ENVYRA pieces. If something is not quite right, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original tags and protective hygiene seals remain intact.
• Items are returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate pieces are final sale; this is clearly noted on the product page. Sale items may be eligible for store credit only.

Email our concierge at concierge@envyra.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with a prepaid return label (where applicable) and simple instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will make it right immediately, at no cost to you.
